For Heaven Sake, Don't Forget The Dentist!
As school year 2008 / 2009 approaches the complexity of the task ahead begins to loom on the horizon. The list of “to do’s” begin to shift from family errands to classroom preparations. Undertaking implementation of the Abydos framework seems impossible at best
in the face of dentist and the like. Conceptually, the Lounge is a place
to connect with others who have begun, or continue, the Abydos journey. The
complexity and content of the Lounge will evolve and change as we drop in and out.
Tenuous connections are beginning to form. Hopefully time and our district firewalls will allow further collaboration
to continue here in the lounge. So, for August, enjoy some recipes, organization ideas, a little chat,
and maybe some encouragement as we begin to reintroduce our kids to this thing called ?writing?
